Delivery Schedule and Timeframes within the UK

We aim to dispatch all items purchased within 2 working days of receiving payment and payment clearing. In mainland UK we would expect most items to arrive with a 5 day working window. In some circumstances the delivery agent which would be Royal Mail may experience some unforeseen delivery issues (weather, industrial action as examples) and in such cases we would ask that you allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Royal Mail First Class post will be used as preferred courier unless otherwise stated. As we offer FREE Delivery should you wish to return items they would be posted at your own cost unless the product is returned due to the product having fault.

Blind Religion Returns Policy

As all our t-shirts are custom printed according to your individual and specific order we accept returns if the items are faulty or do not match your quality expectations. We would be willing to offer exchanges for all items where you the purchaser have made an error and selected incorrect size or style.

We would advise for both parties best interests to select the correct size using the Blind Religion size guide on the product page. If you are purchasing items as gifts and are not sure the size you wish then please contact us before purchase via customerservices@blindreligion.com so we can best guide you through the process.

We endeavour to ensure we can offer exchanges or refunds wherever needed provided the item arrives back at Blind Religion in the same condition that it was dispatched. All refunds will only be processed on the return of the product ordered or received and all will made against the original order form tender.

Returns and Exchange Process at Blind Religion

If you wish to return or exchange your order, an order you have received as a gift from a friend then please make the first step an email to customerservices@blindreligion.com

This is so we can best advise the following

1. If it is a return or an exchange

2. We can pre note the specific reason or complaint in advance

3. So we can confirm you have the correct returns address (Address underneath but conformation advised as we cannot refund until we receive the item)

4. Ensure the process is as easy and painless as possible

We ask that if you believe the item has a fault or faults that you please contact us within 28 days of receiving the item if you are the purchaser. If you are not the purchaser and it was purchased as a gift we would need a confirmation email of your intention to return the item within 28 days of the purchaser receiving the order completed.

You should package the item to prevent damage in its return. Please note you must include both your name and address of the person who purchased the product. You must also retain proof of postage via receipt and keep until credit is returned.

Proof of postage is not proof of receipt.

Please note in the event of returns costs of the return are not covered unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly fulfilled. In the event of a return we only cover the standard Royal Mail First Class delivery costs and any enhanced, quicker return costs will not be covered. If you are worried about timeframes of return please contact our customer services and we can always arrange a time extension provided we receive and email in advance.

You must return goods in same condition and original packaging where applicable (i.e not opened) and returns are at your own risk unless you can provide proof of postage.

Privacy Policy for Customers of Blind Religion

We absolutely share no personal information with any 3rd party operators. Every bit of information you submit to our website is for one of the following explicit reasons.

1. To Accept and Fulfil Orders

2. Enhance the service and enhance Blind Religion website

3. Issue a unique identifier (customer login and password)

4. Disclose information to delivery agents on shipping address including only your shipping details

We do not receive any payment details. Your card details are never seen by anybody at Blind Religion.

Payments and Credit Card Security

All payments will be taken by a trusted 3rd party operator in PayPal. No details of payment will be received via the Blind Religion website and you will be directed always to PayPal. This is true of all purchases regardless of if you have a PayPal account or if you are paying as a PayPal guest.

No person or persons employed by Blind Religion and no page on the Blind Religion website will ask for or see your credit or debit card details. You will be directed to a verified and trusted 3rd party payment partner in PayPal.
